This longer course offers a fun and practical awareness course for the current ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standard.

This course goes into each requirement in a more practical

and greater detail than the short course. 

Over one to two days, students learn:

  • everything covered in the short courses,

  • the basics of what are an ISO standard and its structure,

  • about customer focus, 

  • planning for changes, 

  • product and service requirements,

  • design and development and 

  • control of externally provided processes.

This course offers sample documents you can download and is aimed at staff who are involved in conducting internal audits, managing, or coordinating your management system.
